Initiate – Invite the consumer to personally experience the product.

Activate – Give hands-on demonstrations, run by experienced professionals that can personally relate to the consumer.

Participate – Provide ways for the consumer to connect directly with the brand and to actively and openly share their experience with others.

First-hand experiences create consumers that are able to make emotional and informed decisions about the brand/product.
